Capacity 4 Leadership partners with organizations to increase their leadership capacity through a strengths based approach. We provide tools, skill-building and strategies for leaders to (re)center their values and refine their purpose as leaders with each other and those they lead. We work to help develop the leadership capacity of the individual and the collective so that organizations can better lead with value aligned norms, policies and practices.

Capacity 4 leadership provides both in person and virtual retreats that range from half-day to multi-day formats.

This professional development opportunity is a collaboration between dr. becky martinez of Infinity Martinez Consulting and Dr. Ale Covarrubias of Foundations for Hope & Justice Consulting. Both approach this work with a deep care for humanity and desire for people to work in communities of trust, courage, connection, and support to lead in sustainable ways.

Equity-Minded Leadership Retreat

Description:

The Equity-Minded Leadership retreat is intended for teams and organizations that want to deepen their capacity to effectively engage across difference; identify and address inequity on the individual, group, and systems levels; and create more authentic work environments. We offer these retreats in several different formats and can tailor the content to the needs of the organization. We can help you create the framing of the retreat to align with your institutional values and priorities taking in consideration the current climate.

We can also incorporate instruments like the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) or the Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP). Both instruments provide group reports for participants to better understand the group’s intercultural competency level or the group’s Social & Emotional Intelligence Quotient. Each instrument also provides individual reports that can be debriefed through optional individual coaching sessions post retreat.
